Such Fast (Stuart and David) made it to safe harbor tonight in Charleston. Both very tired and are sleeping on the boat tonight as it continues to rain there.
They ran into some 35 knot winds near the end of their journey, broke a few things on the boat but are doing well overall. They made it in great time! Eight days...and they didn’t come rolling in on fumes.
Hopefully they‘ll get a decent night of sleep and be ready to adjust to life on land again.
Charleston Race week begins Thursday (unofficially) so at least this will give them a day to get some stuff done to prepare for the practice race.
Glad the delivery went well and they are safe and sound!
